What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns, but I offer exchanges except on altered, engraved, custom, made-to-order, and sized items. Also, all items purchased through layaway, promotions, and sales are considered final sales. Exchange credit will be issued on full-priced items in their original, unworn, and unused condition within 7 working days of your delivery shipment receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping to me within 7 working days, and any costs associated with shipping are not eligible for exchange credit. Return packages must be be sent via United States Postal Mail and FedEx, insured for your purchase price with a signature required. I am not responsible for your item if your package does not arrive. Once received, I will inspect that all pieces are included and in new, unworn condition. The exchange credit will be issued electronically within 24hrs and will not expire unless I cease business operations, of which you will be notified. 

What is your repair/maintenance policy?

I stand by the quality of my jewelry, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the future, suppose your ring no longer fits, you'd prefer a longer chain, or you've experienced damage through normal daily wear and require repairing or replacing a missing accent stone. In these cases, I am happy to assist you when able. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need assistance.

What is the delivery time frame for my order?

All US orders are shipped complimentary via USPS or FedEx by special request. Ready-to-ship items will ship within 1-3 days of your order, and you will receive an email with tracking once your package is headed to your destination. Made-to-order items may have a delivery window between 2-4 weeks and receive expedited shipping.
