What is your return policy?
I accept returns on full-priced items in their original, unworn, and unused condition within 5 days of receipt except on altered and custom orders. Also, all items purchased through layaway, promotions, and sales are considered final sales. The refund will be issued on full-priced items in their original, unworn, and unused condition within 24hrs of returning them to me.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping to me within 5 days, and any costs associated with shipping are not eligible for a refund. Return packages must arrive via United States Postal Mail and FedEx, insured for your purchase price, with a signature required. I am not responsible for your item, or your package does not arrive. Once received, I will inspect that all pieces are included in new, unworn condition and issue the refund.
What is your repair/maintenance policy?
I stand by the quality of my jewelry, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the future, suppose your ring no longer fits, you'd prefer a longer chain, or you've experienced damage through normal daily wear and require repairing or replacing a missing accent stone, jump ring, or random part. In these cases, I am happy to assist you if the request is reasonable. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need assistance.
What is the delivery time frame for my order?
All packages are shipped either by United States Postal Service or FedEx, insured with a signature required; please choose your shipping speed preferences during checkout. Please note that any custom or made-to-orders will ship once ready at the speed you selected. However, I will contact you throughout the process. Also, please do not hesitate to contact me if you require shipping to an alternate address due to travel or to surprise a loved one.
