What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, but we do offer in-person or online exchanges with the exception of altered, engraved, custom, made-to-order and/or sized items. In addition, all items purchased through layaway, promotions and/or sales are considered a final sale. Exchanges for store credit will be issued on full-priced items in their original, unworn and unused condition, within 3 days of an in-store purchase or within 3 days of your delivery shipment receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping to the gallery within 7 days and any costs associated with shipping are not eligible for an exchange credit. Return packages must be only be sent to the gallery via United States Postal Mail, insured for your purchase price with a signature required. We are not responsible for your package and/or exchange if your package does not arrive at our gallery. Once received, we will inspect that all pieces are included and in new, unworn condition. The exchange credit will be issued electronically within 24hrs and will not expire.

What is the delivery time frame for my order?
All US orders are shipped complementary via USPS, or FedEx by special request.
Ready-to-ship items will ship from the gallery within 1-3 days of your order and you will receive an email with tracking information once your package is headed to your destination, typically arriving within 3-5 days. If you require a faster delivery window, we are happy to accommodate your request. Made-to-order items may have a delivery window between 2-8 weeks and will recieve expedite shipping.
