THE SEASIDE COLLECTION

THE SEASIDE COLLECTION

We never know the full worth of the water 'til the well is dry." - Thomas Fuller
Growing up in New England, I was always surrounded by the ocean. A few years ago, my family relocated to the Brandywine Valley and, as much as I love the rolling hills and lush landscape, I do miss seeing the water every day and the sense of calmness it instills. Even though I was surrounded by ocean-themed everything living on the coast, it felt cliche to incorporate into my design aesthetic. The longer we went with the absence of the ocean, I found myself reminiscing and those memories took me back to vacations spent in Maine and Naples, Florida, with my dearly missed in-laws.
.
This January. I am honored to return to Naples for the debut of The Seaside Collection hosted by The Seacrest Country Day School, where my young cousin is currently enrolled. I designed the Stingray for The Seacrest Country Day School not only because it is their mascot, but as a fundraising opportunity to assist in enrichment programs that will continue to offer students an exceptional learning environment.
.
The Stingray was the first design created in The Seaside Collection, an array of pieces showcased in ocean-themed motifs and one-of-a-kind jewelry featuring gemstones sourced from all over the world. I am humbled to share that the very first Stingray (paired with a one-of-a-kind hand-knotted Aquaprase necklace) now belongs to National Geographic and legendary oceanographer Sylvia Earle. Dr. Earle received it as a gift while visiting The Seacrest Country Day School for an educational program last November.
.
.
I have decided to partner with The Conservancy of Southwest Florida and The Seacrest Country Day School to help promote the protection and preservation of our beloved creatures on land and in the sea for the debut of the collection at the Escalante Hotel in Naples, Florida on January 24th. Following the event, a percentage of every stingray sold in 2019 will be donated back to The Seacrest Country Day School
.
The Seaside Collection is a tribute to my family's love of the ocean and our memories. As a permanent collection, designs will continue to evolve and you can expect to see many one-of-a-kind pieces throughout the year on my social media and professionally photographed on my website.  As always, your customizations are encouraged and I look forward to celebrating your memories and fondness for the sea with my newest collection : Seaside.

DIAMOND BIRTHSTONE
DIAMOND BIRTHSTONE

April 12, 2019

If you've ever ogled a friend's gleaming diamond, you are most likely enjoying the spectacular display of light that flashes spectral colors, which is just one of the many features of this gemstone.  The brilliance, sparkle, intensity, and various imperfections (which is the stone's unique personality!) are also important to the rarity and value of each diamond.

SHE SAID YES
SHE SAID YES

April 11, 2019

I waited a long time to design an engagement ring for you. I have a collection of diamonds and rare gemstones that I've been hoarding, waiting for the timing to be right. It was important to me that my signature engagement ring is something I would say yes to myself, a timeless design that pays homage to the gem that represents your love.

For the debut of my engagement ring, I partnered with Earth's Treasury to showcase their Montana Sapphires for the traditional bride wanting something blue.
