"Your body, Infinite Options" is the mantra at Unionville Saddle where David Ferron designs custom clothing and made-to-measure shirts. On October 23rd, I am joining forces with the award-winning Ferron for GOLDEN HOUR, an exclusive styling event where we discuss necklines, hemlines, and everything in-between.
I was inspired to collaborate with Ferron out of my clients needs to have the right blouses and dresses to wear with the jewelry they have already invested in. Because I believe in creating clean lines to showcase your beloved jewels, I had a dress made for me that encompasses this vision : a luxe fabric perfect for any occasion, a silhouette that takes me from day-to-night, and a style that begs to be decorated with jewels. Oh, and it has pockets! Now, that's my kind of dress... I can't wait to show you.
You are invited to attend GOLDEN HOUR on October 23rd from 5-8pm at Unionville Saddle. We will have on-site styling from the fabulous Suzie Gaffney, small bites by Catherine's Restaurant and wine generously donated from Chadds Ford Winery. I hear they have given us 2 new wines to debut for you!
Even though the focus in on fashion and jewelry, the event will be low-key and casual. Please feel free to bring your favorite dress or treasures from your jewelry box to see what's working and what's not. Maybe you'd like to reinvent your favorite tank top into a dress, or understand the art of layering necklaces that work with what's already in your closet, or you'd just like to mingle with us on a Tuesday evening!
You will also have the opportunity to commission something new for the upcoming holidays with special event-only savings in our gift bags.
Hope to see you there, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org

My mother didn't pass down any jewelry to me and I never saw the ring she received when my father proposed. I guess it’s not important, since they divorced when I was a toddler. However, since repurposing inherited pieces is one of my favorite design challenges, I am occasionally reminded of what little (in terms of jewelry) I have to remember those that have passed on.
